Your first visit with us....

We can't wait to meet you!  Your experience starts with using our online booking system which you'll find under the Book Online Now tab at the top of the page.  You'll receive a confirmation text and email, as well as reminders before your appointment!

When you arrive, we'll greet you and do a consultation where we will discuss your goals for your hair and make sure we have the same vision in mind.  We will be thorough in asking enough questions to make sure the outcome will be something that you love and will work well with your daily life!  You will be offered a snack and/or drink to enjoy during your appointment.

​

All adult haircuts and color appointments include a wash and style, so we can be sure your hair looks and lays perfectly before you leave!  We will teach you how to care for and style your hair at home so you can recreate the look on your own!  We will show you and explain which products we use and why and recommend products for you to use.  We want you to leave feeling like a million bucks and eagerly await your next visit!

How to use our online booking:

Click on the Book Online Now tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.  You'll find our online booking right on the page!  The booking page has updated, so take note of the changes if you have used it before!

There are dropdowns to choose your stylist and service.  You can select "Any Service Provider" if you don't have a preference, or a specific stylist if you have a preference.  Then click the Services box to see a list of all the services we provide. 

 

You can then choose the date, or you can click on "Next Avail" to see the next available appointment time for your selections.

 

Click on the time that works best for you.  Fill in your name, email address, phone number, phone type, and a comment.

The comment box is for a description of your hair, explanation of what you want for your service, or anything else you want us to know before we see you.  Add "New Client" in the comments for your first appointment.  You'll then receive a confirmation email and text with reminders in the days leading up.  It's that easy! 

 

If you would like to schedule multiple services, be sure to schedule an appointment for each to make sure we have the time blocked out for everything.  For example, if you would like a cut with your color, be sure to schedule a haircut immediately following the color. 

 

If you have multiple children, you can put them all under your name, but schedule one appointment per child

If you have any troubles, click the Message Us button at the top of the page to send us an email which we will respond to within 24 business hours.

What types of services do you provide and what are the prices?

Our complete list of services and their prices can be found under the Salon Services tab at the top of the page, broken down into different service types.  If you don't see the service listed, contact us via the Message Us button at the top and we will respond to your question within 24 business hours.

What ages do you service?

​

We are a family friendly, all ages salon!  We can do haircuts for infants on up.  If you have an especially young or difficult child (resistant or special needs), book with Jana or Gina who have the most experience with children.

Do you have experience with special needs?

​

Yes, we are trained to work with children and adults with special needs and can accommodate them by working at their pace to make it a positive experience.  Please note any special needs or accommodations required in the comments section when booking. 

​

 

 

Do you take walk-ins?

​

We do as long as we can accommodate them, but do not have regular open hours for walk-ins.  You can visit our online booking page to schedule.  

​

 

 

Do you have different pricing if we don't want a wash and style with our haircut? 

​

Our prices are all inclusive, so it is the same price with the wash and style or without.

​

 

 

Is the price less if I just want a trim?

​

Haircut prices are the same no matter how much we take off. 

​

 

 

I can't find a babysitter.  Can I bring my kids to my appointment?

 

Absolutely!  Our salon is kid friendly and family oriented! For the time being, we have removed all magazines and books to avoid contamination, but we still have our kid table and chairs, sanitizable toys, and larger baby toys, as well as kid friendly snacks and a tablet with games to entertain them while they wait.  

​

 

 

What amenities do you offer?

​

We offer a selection of drinks and snacks including chips, cookies, crackers, bottled water, flavored drink packets, sodas, and juice boxes.  We have Wi-Fi and phone chargers available to use free of charge!  We also have a tablet pre-loaded with a number of apps for kids, including games and videos, which they are welcome to use while getting their hair cut or while waiting.

​

 

 

What extra precautions are you taking to disinfect?

​

We are allowing extra time between appointments to avoid overlap and to do thorough disinfecting with our hospital grade cleaners.  We have a new AirSoap air purifier to kill anything airborne.  We are only by appointment to space out our clients.  We have removed all books and magazines to avoid contamination.  Cancellation fees for illness will temporarily be waived, and we encourage anyone showing any symptoms or exposed to someone showing symptoms to cancel and reschedule.  We are doing our best to keep everything at or above state standards of cleanliness.
